Ways You Can Earn Money Through Your Phone

Ways You Can Earn Money Through Your Phone : If you are looking for some quick ways to earn money, you should think about getting into the mobile phone business. Whether it’s selling used cell phones or your own plans and services, the mobile industry will be worth $1 trillion by 2022, according to Statista.

That’s huge! Even so, there are several other ways you can take advantage of this market without having to open your own store. Here are 10 effective ways you can earn money using your mobile phone in 2022, as well as ideas on how to make the most of these opportunities right now.

1) Mobile Shopping Apps

Mobile applications are making it easier than ever to pay for everyday items with a tap or swipe. From booking travel arrangements to buying groceries, there are numerous companies launching mobile apps that allow you to pay by using your phone.

If you’re looking for a way to make extra money, putting these programs on your resume could be an excellent first step toward getting started as an entrepreneur.

2) Multi Level Marketing (MLM) Apps

MLM apps are a great way to sell stuff through your phone, because if you’re already spending money and time on an app, it can be a lot easier to use that for selling or sharing things. Ibotta is one of my favorite apps because you can cash out at any time and take cash off your shopping list.

3) Micro Jobs

Believe it or not, micro jobs are real! There are lots of legitimate companies looking for people to complete simple tasks—from taking surveys to transcribing videos. Sign up with as many sites as you can so you always have options available.

4) InstaAds

Google and Facebook now offer instant display ads that get pushed through an app or game. They don’t take up much space, and can be created in minutes. (Check out Google’s Instant Campaign Builder tool and Facebook Audience Network.) Tapping into these networks gives advertisers immediate access to a pool of apps and games their target market is already using. Cost: $1 CPM on Google; $2 CPM on Facebook.

5) P2P lending apps

With P2P lending, you essentially lend money to individuals or businesses through online platforms. (Some of these are highlighted by my colleague Nick Mediati in The Complete Guide to P2P Lending.)

The key is whether or not you’re earning a higher rate of return than you would be getting from more traditional investments. Because loans are unsecured, these can be risky affairs; if you choose one wisely, there can be significant gains to be made via interest payments on such loans.

6) Payment Processing Apps

Mobile payment apps are on the rise. What started as a simple way to pay for groceries has turned into an entire industry, and it shows no signs of slowing down anytime soon. Retailers like Walmart, Macy’s, Kmart and Sam’s Club already accept mobile payments at their physical locations—and that number is only going to go up.

7) Ride Sharing Apps

This decade has seen an explosion of apps that let you share a cab, van, or car with strangers on your way to a common destination. If you’re headed to work at 6:30 AM and a co-worker is going in your direction, it might make sense for both of you to share a ride-sharing app-booked taxi.

Or maybe it would be cheaper if two neighbors shared a ride instead of paying for two separate Uber/Lyft trips.

8) Restaurant Reservations

It’s pretty straightforward, but if you sign up for one of these services (like OpenTable) and use it frequently, you can make a nice chunk of change. Just remember to report your income. Note: The same company owns Booktable, The Redbooth Post, and The Blackbooth Post.

9) Stock Market Prediction Apps

It’s not a sexy idea, but you can use your mobile phone to keep tabs on companies and predict market trends. Apps like Stocks are free, easy to use, and can help you invest for the future.

10) Travel Apps

Traveling on business? Why not rent out your house while you’re away? Get some extra cash with Airdna, which allows you to list your home and even manage bookings. If you don’t want to host strangers, consider renting out a room or two on Airbnb.

Roomorama can help you rent out your rooms for $20-50/night and is perfect for those with multiple listings. TripAdvisor Vacation Rentals has high fees, but charges zero commissions.
